Where is my order?   
We normally give the customer a collection or delivery date and time where possible.
If for any reason the customer does not take delivery by that time: Please telephone (01274) 394904
for an update.

Can I order by phone?
 Yes you can, but we need a written order faxing or emailing back to us before we proceed.
We need the full details - quality, finish, insert colour, drilled / undrilled or stickdown and accurate
measurements for each stair nosing.

Can I pay by credit card?
Please contact us by e-mail or telephone (01274) 394904 and we will arrange to take your payment
over the telephone through our on-site credit card machine - most cards accepted (see below)
the only card we do not accept is American Express.

I don't want to pay with a credit card over the telephone - can I pay by cheque?
Please contact us by e-mail or telephone (01274) 394904 and we will arrange to take your payment
by cheque, but please be aware that we will have to allow your cheque to clear our bank before we
can release the goods.
